You will have been getting letters about the national summary care records scheme. The current proposal is to add your medication and allergies to the demographic data that is already held on the NHS computer "spine" database. The plan is for the care record to become fuller at a later date. If you are unsure about this there is more information available at reception.

ST THOMAS MIDWIVES ANTENATAL CLINIC

Midwives from St Thomas' are going to start seeing antenatal patients on Monday mornings in our surgery. This should be a matter of convenience for people booked into St Thomas' for their maternity care.

LAURA FREEMAN HAS HER BABY
