Choose and Book

Choose and Book is the electronic booking service that we use for making most NHS hospital appointments.

Your doctor will help you decide where you want to be seen and then book your appointment online.

You may be given a choice of clinics and be asked to ring the hospital booking lines or make your own appointment online. You will be given a booking reference number and password.
