| Pat Lynch is our practice manager. She is responsible
for the smooth running of the practice behind the scenes. She is in charge of
personnel and manages the surgery building. She is the first port of call for any concerns or complaints about the practice,
for which we have the standard in-house complaints procedure. She also
services our patient participation group and is keen to hear your ideas. |
