Practice Manager

Patricia Lynch

Pat Lynch is our practice manager. She is responsible for the smooth running of the practice behind the scenes. She is in charge of personnel and manages the surgery building. She is the first port of call for any concerns or complaints about the practice, for which we have the standard in-house complaints procedure. She also services our patient participation group and is keen to hear your ideas.

ADMINISTRATION

Tara Reynolds

Tara and Ellen work behind the scenes to help the practice run smoothly. Speak to Tara if you need a private medical examination. Ellen may help you chase up appointments. They send out letters inviting you for check ups and immunisations.

 RECEPTION

Reception is managed by Gill. She organises repeat prescriptions and the appointments offered by all clinical staff.

They answer the telephone, help you at the reception desk and perform many administrative tasks dealing with registrations, records, forms, letters and prescriptions.

They are very busy on the telephone in the first part of the morning, so you may need to be a little patient till your turn comes.
